We were able to spend a few days exploring downtown Chicago in April 2022. My daughters and I met my mom, my sister, and my nieces there. We also met up with our brother, sister-in-law, and another niece one day. It has been quite a while since we spent much time in a big city, so this was a different kind of adventure than we have had recently. We had a great time and have a list of things to do next time. Magic Kingdom – 05.22
Our family made a quick stop at Walt Disney World at the end of our Florida trip in May 2022. We were able to stay 2 nights and have one day in the Magic Kingdom. My girls and I always love any chance to seek some time in any Disney bubble!

Sanibel Island, FL
We spent a few days at Sanibel Island in the middle of May 2022. We really enjoyed the “old Florida” feel of the island. It is so peaceful and not crowded in most places. We spent most of our time in Sanibel relaxing on the beach and in the pool near our hotel. The beach is very pretty and we had great luck finding seashells here. We saw quite a few live sand dollars. We know they should be left in their homes and did not take any with us, but it was amazing to see them. The beach was not crowded and the hotel provided umbrellas and chairs. We…
